He tells Omega to focus on her own escape plan and to forget about him, suggesting he no longer intends to survive Tantiss or return to any kind of life on the outside. When Crosshair is first seen talking to Omega in the Mount Tantiss facility at the start of The Bad Batch, Season 3, he appears broken and utterly without hope. It's possible the tremors in his hand are just one symptom of something far worse. However, the true extent of what Crosshair has had to endure is not yet clear. The only signs of harm to Crosshair that have been seen so far in The Bad Batch, Season 3, are his trembling hand and small hints of the obvious psychological toll this loss of ability is taking on him. Both of them were subjected to experiments as part of the Empire's Project Necromancer. Here, he was eventually reunited with Omega when she too was captured by the Empire. However, rather than simply being held in a standard Imperial prison, he was placed in Dr. This drove him to kill Nolan, leading to his incarceration. After being assigned to an Imperial outpost on Barton IV under the cold Lieutenant Nolan, Crosshair witnessed firsthand the Empire's heartless disregard for Clones. ![]() The Emperor fostered distrust of the Republic's old Clone Troopers and began the introduction of Imperial Stormtroopers to replace them. Ultimately, Crosshair's decision came to naught. While Hunter, Wrecker, Tech and Echo took the young female Clone, Omega, with them and fled to start their new lives as soldiers of fortune, Crosshair became an enforcer of the Empire. When the Batch initially opted to defy Order 66 and turn on the Empire at the start of The Bad Batch, Crosshair was the only member who remained loyal to the Emperor. However, the expert marksman may not be the soldier he once was. The third and final season of The Bad Batch is bringing Clone Force 99's estranged brother, Crosshair, back to the fore.
